Cycle - 0.7 hours - 11/20/2009

Trainer ride this morning.  8 Minute WU and then two by 12 minutes at 53×16 with 5 minute recovery in the middle.  Followed by a few minute CD.

Legs just don’t like this trainer.

My goal by end of December is to do 2 x 20 minute intervals at 53×15 maintaining a cadence of 70 or better.  I thinking my biggest challenge will be the mental game of riding nowhere.
