    My favorite sports include: running cycling triathlon. Now that I finished my first Half Iron Distance race, I have to put something else on the plate. I need something to train for.

36.5 mile bike ride this morning. It started out as a perfrect day for a ride. 43′ and cloudy, about 20 miles into the loop it started to rain. I wasn’t expecting that. Since I was riding a loop there wasnt a faster way to head back. So I just continued on. The closer I got to finishing the heavier the rain was. It really turned into a nice ride and I enjoyed every bit of it. At least i was able to get outside and ride.
